2. Products (Used Instruments)

All guitars and gear sold are used unless otherwise stated. Because used instruments vary in condition:

Cosmetic wear, minor imperfections, and signs of prior use should be expected
Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability
Each item is sold as described at the time of sale

We encourage customers to review descriptions carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product information at any time.

All items are subject to availability. Because we sell used instruments, most items are one-of-a-kind.

4. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Technical issues

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted according to our Return Policy, which is posted on our website and incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute while retaining possession of the purchased item, the customer may be responsible for all associated costs, including chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal expenses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana where the business is registered. Any legal disputes must be filed in Delaware County Court or Marion County Court.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Justins Guitar Garage LLC. Because we sell used instruments, all items are carefully inspected and accurately described. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is returned in the same condition as received
No modifications, repairs, or alterations have been made
All original accessories (case, tremolo arm, etc.) are included

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items sold “As-Is” or clearly marked Final Sale
Custom-modified guitars requested by the customer
Digital products or gift cards

Normal wear consistent with used instruments (e.g., light scratches, fret wear) is not considered a defect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds cover the purchase price only (original shipping is non-refundable)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

If the item is returned in a different condition, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly described
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description:
